• The inputs you provide (e.g., property description, scope parameters) may be processed by our AI systems and third-party AI service providers to generate an estimate;
• We do not link AI tool inputs to your personal identity unless you voluntarily provide contact information in the same session;
• Inputs provided to AI tools may be used in aggregated, anonymised form to improve the accuracy and quality of our estimation models;
• No automated decision with legal or similarly significant effect is made solely on the basis of AI tool outputs without human review.

As a data subject under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Singapore), you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by Biztech Group:

• Right of Access — You may request confirmation of whether we hold personal data about you, and a copy of that data. We will respond within 30 days of receiving a valid request.
• Right of Correction — If personal data we hold about you is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading, you may request that we correct it. We will effect corrections within a reasonable time.
• Right to Withdraw Consent — Where our processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.
• Right to Data Portability — Where technically feasible, you may request that we transmit your personal data to another organisation in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Right to Cease Unauthorised Use — If we are processing your personal data without a valid legal basis, you may request that we stop such processing.

Biztech Group implements reasonable and appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal, or similar risks. These measures include, but are not limited to:

Our website and services are directed at business professionals and enterprise organisations. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18.
